The rising rate of Obesity in children is becoming a serious concern. Obesity brings along with it several other health issues like Juvenile diabetes, Asthma, Skin conditions, Fatty liver-to name a few. Understanding the issue to be able to plan to manage Obesity effectively is what this session is about.
A well-balanced diet with adequate amount of macro & micro nutrients like Protein, Carbohydrates Fats, vitamins & minerals is important to ensure optimal growth & development.
